Victoria Harbor Securities International Limited ("Victoria Harbor securities") was incorporated in Hong Kong in 2017 and granted a license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (central No. bnd656) in 2019 to carry out class 1 (securities trading), class 4 (advising on securities) and class 9 (providing asset management) regulated activities. It was formally renamed Victoria Harbor securities in September 2024.
